Weekly Wishes
… is where I make note of my goals and challenges I want to accomplish and achieve ;)
It’s been a while since my last weekly wishes. I’ve been thinking of taking a step back and creating monthly goals! I hope to continue this and maybe down the road I may bring back the weekly goals.
Life is as hectic as we presume it will be… it’s really all relative, right? Usually, most things aren’t as crazy as we make it seem. Most of the time we create our own obstacles. It’s really all about preparation, focus and getting it done.
THIS MONTH'S WISHES | AUGUST GOALS
1. Write one page everyday.
Free writing is a really simple and mind freeing exercise. I just want to be able to just let it all out without any consequences.
2. Exercise.
Practice a little yoga, maybe twice a week.
3. Draw and Doodle.
I want to create a collection of patterns for an upcoming project for the shop that’s brewing in my mind.
4. Cut Back on TV.
I want stop relying on watching TV show at night just to have something to do. Which leads to the next goal …
5. Read More.
Make some intentional reading time in my day.
6. Cut Back on Unhealthy Snacking.
There have been too many times when we reached for chips, cheese cakes or ice creams to settle that feeling of uneasiness. Food can’t make everything better ;)
